Custom Fabricator Adds New Value in Medical Device Manufacturing and Assembly

HAYWARD, Calif., December 23, 2010 – Amid converting requirements from medical device manufacturers for more strictly controlled environmental and regulatory conditions, leading West Coast converter PDCI Medical has successfully completed an ISO 13485:2003 certification audit performed by Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. Troy, MI. Perry Johnson recommends Pacific Die Cut Industries for ISO 13485:2003 certification pending final certification issuance sometime in February 2011.

Innovations in Printed Flex Circuit Die Cutting

Recent innovations in RFID printing ink brings computing power to all types of surfaces of non-rigid textiles and films. Some of the imagined applications include flexible and/or foldable displays, solar cells, RFID tags and wearable electronics. Xerox recently developed the printing of silver conductive ink onto plastics, films and textiles.
